free telephone, messenger and email support

A maximum of one hour's free telephone and/or (MSN) messenger support is provided to all hosting clients, after which, telephone/messenger support may be chargeable at 25p per minute. This is provided in addition to any training or familiarisation that may have been agreed as part of any e-commerce or CMS installation and setup.

On-site consultation, training or familiarisation sessions at client's premises are charged at £35 per hour plus expenses.
